Hi Seller,

I bought a DT NO.1 DT1 Ultra-light 1.8 inch Full Touch Screen ECG Heart Rate Monitor Bluetooth Call AI Voice Assistant 200 Watch Faces Smart Watch – 003 and received it on 08/01/2022. However, the touch screen stopped working after 5 days use as you can see in the video I have uploaded. This must be a faulty product.

I like to return the watch to you for a FULL REFUND OF $49.95. I request you to pay for the return postage as this is the faulty product.

I am looking forward to the full refund as soon as possible so I can buy a new watch.

Hey I guess I found the solution. Just Charge it 100%. Then wait and give it time like 5 mins. Unpair the mobile and repair from the mobile. worked for mine

Tried this and it didn’t work. So I went to Best Buy to get it serviced and their diagnostic discovered I needed to replace my touch sensor. Apparently that’s not a simple task on a SE model because they’re “cellular” (that’s what I was told, not really sure what that means). But they quoted me $290 to fix it. For that price, I could just buy a whole new one lol. So that’s the plan but thanks for the video! Hopefully yall have better luck!
