A company called CJP Acrylic System has a product called "Pop It" which is a bright white gel polish that is specifically formulated to be a base for burnishing pigments and chromes into its tacky layer.. or it can be a base for any bright colors/pigmented gels that you want to Pop! Hence the reason it's called "Pop It" lol to make whatever you put over it to pop! Lol I absolutely love this product for my neon pigments and chromes!! I highly recommend it since you do a lot of sets with the neon pigments!! You definitely won't be disappointed i promise hun.. I'm glad I have "Pop It" bc I'm definitely doing this set tm on myself!!
