Humana is harassing my dad! He gets 30 calls a day and is on the do not call list but continues to be called. Agents are unable to help and when you ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up! Very poor customer service service.

Hello there! I have enrolled in Humana the 2nd to last day of the month...that is the end of the 3rd month after 65th birth month.
Humana is stating: my application is under review. I was told it would activate on the first of the month.
BUT what happens if it fails review? I won't have an option to find an alternative as it is a day late. Is the date of my application accepted so I can choose another coverage after the 1st?
