proper question: other than which feet the players prefer to kick with, what comes into consideration when deciding if the scrumhalf or the flyhalf should kick in the exit strategy? (that is, assuming both the 9 and 10 can kick) Is it just the 9 deciding whether he is in a good enough position to kick and if he is he will kick and if he aint he will give it to the 10? but usually the decision of who is kicking is made before that can be determined because the forwards have to be told where to be to block the charge down attempt?
