Yes, mental health care will cost some money. But look at it this way… if a child can be helped when they’re young so that they don’t get an AR-15 when they’re 14 wouldn’t the spending of money on mental health care be worth it.

Im hoping as a suggestion for sometype of control and consideration that those that have theses weapons of war AR's, will be mandated to register every year at a $1, 000 per AR weapon renewal fee.
The funds generated from this, goes into a victim fund. For medical, etc .
Weapons classified for hunting for food, or hand guns for protection would be every 3 years for license renewal at a much lower fee.
Time this nation hits these AR people with a costly responsibility fee for having these weapons for war used in mass murder of innocent victims.
