Bathroom bills are punishments for no crime, not protections for innocents.

Literally, so far this issue has almost exclusively impacted cisgender women and little girls who look 'too masculine' or do too well at sports. Sports bans and blood tests and all kinds of drama, even schools forcing parents to let them look at their little girl's privates if they want her to be allowed to play sports. I'm not talking about trans children, this is happening to cis girls, because republican transphobia is so off the charts that they're willing to traumatize and violate any woman or girl who doesn't fit their extremely narrow view of feminine. Standing up for trans women is standing up for cis women. Don't let anyone divide women into groups. Trans women are women, trans girls are girls, and this issue impacts everyone.
