Today, Roundhouse focuses exclusively on providing high-quality housing options in emerging cities across the Western United States. In order to deliver superior experiences to our employees and residents we have built a fully integrated service offering that spans the construction, property management, and design disciplines.

I love it, as someone who aspires to invest in high quality assets that I would like to hold for decades, such as a Four Seasons in a special location or a high quality multifamily in a non-juiced appreciating market like Kansas City, I have always wondered how to structure a waterfall that would allow me to participate in these deals that are not "time sensitive", this CF waterfall is a great way to be in it for the long haul.
