So inevitably it was Alex's turn to have a go at setting an official world hour record, but with a twist: on bicycle rollers. How fast and how far could Alex ride on rollers in an hour?

When I get access to my track bike and rollers again, I might attempt this on my trackbike with a 62x12 gearing. At 110 rpm that would be just over 71 km/h. As a sprinter I dont think I can do it, but it would be fun to try
