"International clients visited the factory to observe the operation of the Membrane press line and evaluate the quality of its output.

The Membrane Press line, equipped with a material handling system, automatic scanning, automatic PIN system, reset mechanisms, flip discharge, and material rack units, is designed to apply PVC foil onto MDF. The laminating line offers three modes: membrane mode, non-membrane mode, and hybrid mode. With dimensions of 3400 × 1500 mm, this machinery can generate up to 400 square meters of laminate during an 8-hour work period.

This line is compatible with various plastic films and wood veneers, both flat and shaped. It excels in precise lamination of intricate curved surfaces, enabling enhanced quality standards for furniture, construction materials, and other products. The technology finds widespread application in 3D PVC lamination across furniture, building materials, and automotive sectors."
