Transplant Medicine - Antibody mediated rejection

There are two main types of transplant rejection; T cell mediated and antibody mediated and antibody mediated transplant rejection. These rejections are divided into hyperacute, acute and chronic rejection. In order to reduce and prevent solid organ rejection, patients who receive an organ transplant take immunosuppressive agents to suppress their immune system. In this video we will focus on antibody mediated rejection and try to understand the pathophysiology and treatment.

Immunosuppression is just a phenomenal concept and process. The pharmacology is just that much also. Application or indications of immunosuppressive Therapies, as in Organ Transplantation are so pervasive and medically useful. Autoimmunity, and general chronic inflammation are plausible uses that surprised me when made notice of. MD Armando H, it is good to see good stuff from such noble and grand illustration of Mate!

Will everytime T cell rejection will lead to antibody rejection?
If not then what might be the cause?

I am going through this right now, and am currently on IVIg treatment, but recent bloods have shown elevated WBC and neutrophils.
Symptoms I am experiencing are difficulty breathing, body aches and pains, fatigue, headaches, and a slight elevation in high blood pressure.
Hope to find a way to stop rejection. Did peritoneal dialysis for 4 years and received the kidney transplant on 24/12/2022.
