Hi Robert, So this looks like you have worked out some of the problems with you software, So how about working on the problems with the first scanner you offered . Most of us have received are scanners after more than 3 years and they don't work!!!! So how about working on the first scanner that we all paid you for to make a working scanner. How about taking the time to talk to your customers and fix your problems with the first scanner. We paid you over $500.00 US total each for a non working scanner. --- Non working means it does not produce a usable scan. ---
