Paano magpatitulo ng agricultural lot/land?

Below are the requirements needed to secured DAR Clearance

1.Look for the MARPO office and ask for Investigation Report to be submitted at DAR officr
2. Make a written request address to DAR Head
3. Along with the request attached the following
A. Affidavit of the transferee that his/her total landholding inclusive of the land to be acquired is not more than 5 hectares is he/she is not an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary ( this affidavit includes the spouse)
B. Affidavit of the transferor stating that total agricultural landholdings and that the land subject of the instrument is part of the Retention Area (include spouse)
C. Affidavit of Non-tenancy
D. certified true copy of title
E. Owners duplicate copy of title
F. certified true copy of tax declaration
G. city assessors certificate of the total aggregate landholdings both of the transferor and the transferee including their spouse
H. Sketch map or approved plan

Maam, tanong lang po kase yung lolo po namin may naiwang property bale buhay pa po lola namin tas nung inasikaso na po ng tita ko yung titulo since ibebenta po sana kase masyadong malayo kung saan kami nakatira . sinabihan po kami ng munisipyo kelangan daw namin kumuha ng clear copy ng Land Title kase inissue nila is malabo na . so we are not sure kung saan pwede kumuha ? sa RD po ba?

maam ano po ang solusyon kasi sa affidavit of transferee dapat not exceeding 5 heactares e what if nag exceed n po ng 5 hectares po ang kanyang total land holding? thanks po.

Paano po kung yung lupang kukuhanan ng DAR clearance ay untitled pa? ano po ang alternate na document para sa CTC ng title at owner's duplicate copy?

Mam, medyo confusing kung kelan kailangan ang DAR Clearance. Hindi ba kapag CLOA or any government grants na lupa lang saka may DAR clearance na requirement sa pagpapalipat ng title? Pero pag private agricultural land, hindi na kailangan? Pakipaliwanag po mam, para hindi malito mga viewers nyo po.

Good day po sir, ask ko lang po, may binili po kc kaming isang part ng Agricultural Land last 2021. Di bale po Deed of Sale lang po ang aming pinanghahawakan, kc ang sabi po samin nung nagbenta ay sya na dw po bahala magpatitulo. Kaso hanggang ngaun po ay hindi pa nya inaayos, gusto po sana naming ayusin na at kami na po ang maglakas Pero nung tinanong po namin sa Registry of Deeds dito sa aming lugar ay ang seller daw po ang bahalang magasikaso at hindi po kami. ask lang po kung un 1983 na cadastral survey subdivision survey na na approved na at wala pa record sa assesor office ay pwede pba habulin at mapatituluhan paano ang dapat gawin kasama ka sa listahan ng mga claimants..at kung 1983 ay na approved na ito sudivision survey di naba ito maagaw pa ng ibang tao o mapalitan kaya ng iba ??
