5 Ingredient Smoothie Recipes:

PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY SMOOTHIE
-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-1 TBSP natural peanut butter (I like ones with a sea salt)
-1 TBSP Chia Seeds
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

MANGO SUNRISE SMOOTHIE
-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 medium carrot peeled and chopped
-1 cup frozen mango chunks
-1/4 lemon juiced
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

GREEN DETOX SMOOTHIE
-1 frozen ripe banana
-1/4 english cucumber chopped
-1 cup kale chopped
-1/4 cup cilantro (small handful)
-1 cup filtered water

ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE
-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 small steamed or raw beetroot chopped
-1 swiss chard leaf with stem
-1 cup frozen mixed berries
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP SMOOTHIE
-1 frozen ripe banana
-1/2 frozen ripe avocado
-1/4 cup fresh mint (small handful)
-1 TBSP coconut chips (can use carob or cacao chips)
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

Girl I have such bad anxiety. I am so excited for you to tell us know your tips and tricks when it comes to managing anxiety. I would love a video just on your anxiety itself and how you cope with it. Maybe some foods that help lower anxiety and or anything that you do or that we can do to lower anxiety without taking any pills. Much love🥑

These look great! I added turmeric to a smoothie the other day and it tasted so good! 🥑🥑🥑🥑 I usually eat breakfast and have a smoothie as a mid morning snack 😀
