PLEASE DO NOT GET A BIRD UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE. Birds are a MASSIVE commitment. They're incredibly intelligent, emotional creatures that need a LOT of care and attention. They're also expensive - exotic vets can be tough to find. They absolutely can not just sit in a cage and look pretty. They need so much mental stimulus. So many people get birds not realizing just how much they need, and the birds then end up traumatized and neglected.

birds are such a commitment those birds idk what breed those ones are but parakeets don’t live super long but parrots or cockatoos live 80 years sometimes. they need lots of love

I have one of those birds. They’re Green Cheek Conures. And I LOVE mine. HOWEVER I never recommend a bird as a pet to others. I have the time to spend bonding with him and caring for him. They’re a super big commitment. Worth it if you’re going to take care of them and love them. They live a LONG time so you have a lifetime pet almost.

2k for a puppy is highway robbery unless you're getting a purebred, and a lot of those end up having health problems.

600 bird wow and if you get the birds as babies they'll let you pet them and they enjoy hanging out with you just like a cat or dog🎉

PLEASE dont get a bird unless you do you're research. birds take up a LOT of time and cost a lot of money, alot of people see birds (most commonly budgies since they're cheap) and impulse buy. they give the bird a small travel cage, a seed diet, and neglect the bird. birds DESERVE love like any other animal. they are the most rehomed pet in the world. please think before getting a bird. its a full time commitment.

another thing, that pet store looks like Petco/PetSmart, I don't recommend getting any animal there, most large chain pet stores don't take care of their animals
