The reason creepypasta has a bad reputation is cause they're so poorly written and follow a cliche formula. "Guy finds lost episode/cut scenes and its the main character of said show/movie doing horrible acts of violence with animation and sfx that look and sound 'more realistic and brural' than the normal tone".

The Black Friday Incident is 90% true. The bits with the gore and stuff are of course just creepypastas stuff, but with how much it borrows from real life it actually caught me off guard.
Animation has a shit ton of interesting trivia, like how Toy Story 2 nearly never came to be due to a computer error which started deleting everything.

i love that The Black Friday Incident is like entirely the opposite of what actually happened, originally the movie did have a meaner tone with how Woody acted, he was just a more mean all around and just an asshole. Then the higher ups came in and made them make it more kid friendly

ok but the imagery that went along with “the grieving” gave me legit nightmares when I was 10. I’m still too scared to actually look it up, even though it definitely isn’t as scary as i once thought it was, heh
Also, fun fact: the creepypasta was actually referenced in an episode. I was watching the show on TV when there suddenly was a notice telling me to turn off the TV. Since I was 10, this terrified me. It then cut to that clip of the chihuahua playing the saxophone. If you know, you know.

I remember a Tom and Jerry episode that ended really dark, and I can’t believe they aired it, more then once even. The one where both Tom and Jerry’s girlfriends leave them for other guys and in the end both Tom and Jerry are looking all run down, very depressed, and just sitting together on the railroad tracks apparently waiting for the train to come.

I remember watching the older version of Willy Wonka, the Gene Wilder ( I think that was who it was), and it terrified me so badly, I was so upset my mother asked me why it scared me so bad, I told her because he was killing the kids. I was convinced that the kids were all killed, not just being taught a lesson.
