Lakas ng impact sakin yung sinabi mo atty “kung nasaan ka man ngayon, mataimtim mong hiniling yan noon.” There are times na super down ako, but I always remind myself na kung nasaan man ako ngayon, pinapangarap ko lang to. hi po atty may katanongan lang po.. may kilala po kasi ako grupo o mga tao na ngbebenta ng lupa kung saan nkatirik ang up diliman.. particular ung kahabaan ng philcoa market at lupang bakante doon kung saan UP daw ang may ari.. ang grupo na eto ay may hawak na certified true copy at sila daw ang orihinal na may ari ng lupa na iyon.. katunayan eh nghahanap sila n mgsponsor upang mabayaran ung taxes at penalties nto.. may kausap silang judge at mga buyer para mabenta eto.. possible po ba eto? sna mapanagot ang mga sindikatong eto

Atty, gusto ko rin maging abogado, mag work for the gov't. Sa PAO din specifically. Just like you. Ano po age limit para maka pasok sa government, specifically sa PAO? May asawa na po kasi ako. Early thirties.
