You move to usb? Formatted USB to allow apps to download to but can’t move My5, iPlayer, More4, Disney, Rakuten etc. low on device storage but plenty of storage on USB

How do you add a show so it comes up on the home screen of your fire stick? I have three different shows that come up, but I don’t know how they got there. When you go through the initial buttons, there is a home button and that’s the one I’m talking about
