We finally got around to changing the oil in our 2023 CanAm Maverick X3 DS Turbo, and let's just say.....

Things didn't go according to plan....

We made a huge mess, had an engine knock for a minute, but it went away.

Yep *$#% that funnel. At least your small 10mm bolt didn’t fall into your oil holding drain pan and roll into the actual reservoir. 🎉

Mine just has one 17 mm drain plug on the bottom through that same hole

You should be running the Full synthetic 10w50, better engine protection than that 5w40 blend .

so everyone with a canam x3 needs to get a m18-1.5 curtis valve installed. I have had one for a while now. u will not spill oil on your can am oil changes anymore. check them out
