I actually have Hereditary Obstructive Sleep Apnea... meaning when im asleep my esophagus collapses and I can't breathe or my body simply forgets to breathe which causes an imbalance in the Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide in the blood. It causes frequent waking, restless sleep and insomnia.
