My Linkedin profile had no section for Licenses & certifications. It skipped straight from Education to Volunteering. At the top of the profile page there is a button "Add profile section" to add the Licenses & certification section.

THank you, when you got it using a business licence, just remove the name of the company on the URL given for the credential URL for it to work. :)
