Sadly this product contains cyanoacrylate which the FDA says is unsafe for products that serve food. Maybe it's ok since it's just the handle, but this is recommended against for cutting boards, plates, etc.

I tried gorilla glue but it didn't work once the mug got hot drink in it the glue turn to rubbery texture and it came right off. How is this different can the glue handle high tempertures
