🙏 I’ve been a Christian 40 years and 2 years ago received the baptism of the spirit. I was like Judas though; he called Jesus Rabbi and I treated him the same. I sang my song of repentance one night and boom! The vail has been lifted. 🎉

When i received the free gift of salvation, i was drawn by God. The Holy Spirit came upon me and my life changed. I was later "Baptized" by the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues and was enabled with the power of the Holy Spirit.
Before the Resurrection, the Apostles were weak, afraid and scattered. After the tongues of fire came to them, they were different... Empowered... No longer scared to profess Christ, but they boldly proclaimed the Gospel with healings and miracles. Why do you think that happened?

The Spirit baptizes us in Christ when w first believe. Then another believer baptizes us in water to signify the old self being crucified with Christ (going down into the water) and the inner man being resurrected with Him. *Then* Christ baptizes us with/in the Holy Spirit. If you dont believe the final statement, note that Christ is called Lamb on God in one gospel, but is called the One who baptizes with the Holy Spirit in all four.

the Holy Spirit comes upon you the moment you Repent and ask for forgiveness of your sins... Because it is After you ask for forgiveness the lord washes you clean with his precious blood and he gives you the Holy Spirit...
Just believing is the first part but you must ask Forgiveness of all your sins and asked them to be washed away..
When you humble yourself and Repent of your sins the Lord graces you with the Holy Spirit..

This is why infant baptism is so important. Baptizing the child as soon as possible significantly increases the chance of them accepting Christ Jesus. Please baptize all of your children. They will likely thank you one day.

The key word is "IF" because it is one thing to twist a verse and say we received the Spirit. But if yiu do not hear the "whisper of the Holy Spirit" and he is leading you into all righteousness, then you did not receive the Holy Spirit. A true believer hears God and obeys him. If you don't all these verses quoted are not going to save you, you are not a true believer.

Does it mean that the moment of “ born of the Spirit “ is the moment of “ baptism of/ by the Spirit “?

Hi there! Religious or not, you are amazing and are loved by Jesus. He loved you so much that he literally died for you to save you from falling short of the kingdom of heaven. Either you can accept his grace and repent of your sin, or turn from God and spend an eternity in hell. This is your choice because God gave you free will.
YOU ARE AMAZING AND HAVE AN AMAZING DAY!! 😎❤️✝️

1 John 3:10
New International Version
10 This is how we know who the children of God(A) are and who the children of the devil(B) are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child, nor is anyone who does not love(C) their brother and sister.(D)

1 John 3:7
New International Version
7 Dear children, (A) do not let anyone lead you astray.(B) The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.(C)

Merciful, Graceful, unconditionally Loving, Caring, Glorious, All-knowing and All-powerful Creator God(The Almighty Father, The Son (Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit) is Everything!!!! So we should stop using the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in vain (like saying ‘om- or ‘oh my-)

Exodus 20:7 reads: Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Romans 8:35-39

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?(A) Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?(B) 36 As it is written:

“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”[a](C)

37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors(D) through him who loved us.(E) 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, [b] neither the present nor the future, (F) nor any powers, (G) 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God(H) that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.(I)

At pentecost the spirit was given AFTER they believed but not at split second. So?

God loves us so much! That's why he sent his only begotten son (Jesus Christ) to pay for our sins and to save us!
By his sacrifice and resurrection we're saved! Believe and Accept him! Do the will of God! Obey!
We are saves by grace through faith. But faith without works is dead, even demons believe and tremble!

James 2:26
“For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.”

James 2:19
You believe there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that- and shudder.
God doesn't just want us to have good theology; He wants us to know him and love him
If you have faith but no works then your faith is dead, because if you have faith you will obey and do good works.

2 Peter 3:9
New International Version
9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, (A) as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient(B) with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.(C)

Mark 1:15
“The time has come, ” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”

1 Peter 1:8-9
New International Version
8 Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9 for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.

Even if you don't see but believe. That's called Faith

Romans 5:8
King James Version
8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. ... But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:1-8).

Matthew 7:21
Not all who says to me, ‘Lord, ‘Lord’, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my father who is in heaven.
John 6:40
“For it is my Father's will that all who see his Son and believes in him should have Eternal Life and i will raised them up at the last day.”
They didn't trust to the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross, instead they listed the “works they did”. When the Lord Jesus Christ said “It is finished” he meant it. He sacrifice his life to pay for our sins so that we would have forgiveness of all our sins past, present, and future, and we will also have Eternal Life, if you believe and accept him.

God's word says, that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own effort or works (Ephesians 2:8–9) God given us the faith that trusts him. We are not saved by obeying a list of do's and don'ts, but by grace through faith in Christ. Our salvation is in God's hands.
But we also need works because it shows that we have a genuine faith

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have EVERLASTING LIFE.

Romans 8:11
¹¹The Holy Spirit raised Jesus from the dead. If the same Holy Spirit lives in you, He will give life into your bodies the same way.

Romans 10:9
If you confess with your mouth that “Jesus is Lord”, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 8:38–39
Nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord

If we sinned, repent, ask God for forgiveness and he will forgive you, and also repentance is not just feeling sorry for what you did, you also need to turn away from your sin and try not to do it again

1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins he is faithful, and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness

Accept the Lord Jesus Christ. Obey/Follow him and his will. Be sealed with God's Holy Spirit. Be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father we thank you for all the blessings you have given to us and more blessings to come. Thank you for sending you Son Jesus Christ to save us from hell punishment. Thank you Lord Jesus for paying our sin punishment on the cross and sheded your Holy Precious Blood 7 times for our salvation and forgiveness of sins. Lord, guide and protect us and our loved ones, we trust you and accept you as Our Lord and Savior, we will serve you, obey you, and follow you and your will. Thank you for all the good things you've done for us. You are worthy of our praises and worship. We ask all of this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

To all who reads, may the grace of God be with all who reads this passage, may every step you take, be one step closer to Christ and His Kingdom, and if you fall may repentance be sure to follow, may the Holy Spirit guide us all, convict us all, and mold us into the image of the Lord Jesus Christ 🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻

God Bless! Praise the Lord Jesus Christ! Hallelujah!

So what about the scripture in Acts 2:38 that say, “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” From this it appears that you would have to confess then be baptized before receiving the Holy Spirit.

It's funny how confusing something can be, but the Bible quotes God is not the author of confusion. So why are so many things misconstrued among people?
