Counter-Strike 2 is the sequel to CSGO, but kind of like Overwatch 2, it's more of an update... either way, it's a great time to give CS a try and review it for the noobs out there in this episode! Enjoy!

To be fair unlike other gaming communities, cs community don't like changes. Once the tick rate problems of the game got fixed I think the community don't mind if it is just a big update.

I haven't played CS since 1.6 and Source. The release of CS2/Source 2 was what brought me back after basically 15 years. I forgot how fun CS can be!

Fun Fact: Sen TENZ (The one you showed from the players that have only played Valorant section of the vid at 8:20) Was actually an Ex Semi-Pro CS Player who didnt think he was good enough, so switched to Valorant and became the best Valorant player in the world.

I used to play csgo a lot since 2016 if not counting the years where my game was a little broken and i could not play for 3 years, I actully like cs2 more and I got my first Red in a case in cs 2 when opening 5 cases so I love it! :)

csgo was never really my thing, but i am loving cs2 i can log on and play some comp matches and not even do crazy well and still have fun. The community (so far) has been pretty nontoxic and fun to play with solo q ing.

I get it why people say this isn't a sequel
Valve tries to make this game "perfect" so there's so little changes
They don't fix something, they don't add tons of maps, we don't see big new things and changes
And I quite love this, good ole counter-strike experience, never changes. FPS problems bugs me too tho

I only just started playing it, and i really like it! I never really play global offensive, but cs 2 is in my opinion now my fav fps shooter.

The problem with making changes in a game like CSGO is that the game itself is perfectly balanced as it is, and any small mistake can cause it all to fall down, it's like jenga. I'm sure no one realistically expected CS2 to be completely different, because neither was CS 1.6, CS Source, etc. Counter Strike is a concept perfect as is

I like CS:GO and the sequel.
I am a fairly new still.
I just wish they would add causal 5v5 matches (so you can actually learn properly) rather then jumping into death matches that got 10+ people in them. Like you jump from completely chaotic matches into very strategic with little to no knowledge.
