To avoid losing access to my ids and passwords, I wrote the ids and passwords for my Windows account and my password vault on an index card and handed it to my adult daughter to store at her place. I also walked her through using them when she visited me that time. She's an IT professional, so she's aware of security issues. I don't keep a written copy for myself anywhere. If I forget, or am otherwise not capable of signing in, she will be able to access important information.

Hi Thank you for your video. I am going to get a LastPass. I hope to start a small business but probably need an individual account more to start managing my own videos. Is there a method to separate business passwords in a vault from individual passwords, or does it matter? Do you have a beginner's guide, as I would like to set this up correctly and logically the first time around? Thanks kindly.

LastPass changed things a few years ago and now you can reset your account even if you lose your master password.

the two authentication system on LastPass. Not sure how it works. so I never set it up. confusing. Could you walk us thru it on how it works. PLEASE

I have been using LastPsss for a while on your recommendation....thanks! However, something strange is going on between two web browsers. I can log on to my bank in Chrome and LastPass launches it no problem. Then, and this is because if I move to Windows 11 I can't avoid using Edge, I tried it out of curiosity in Edge to see if all was well. It isn't!!! Although I have checked the passwored in LP vault....and it is the same whether I'm in Chrome or Edge, my bank will not accept the login details using Edge!!! Why is this?
