How I get this full body haki:
1) Getting logia fruit
2) reset stats to 1

If you have a logia fruit get a low level sword gather up all the monsters on the island and start hitting with dual katana I got stage two in less than a hour

In the shandes u can also go to a house with a "wall" and it auto targets to u behind the wall and u can just auto click with katana
(This method will take really long and i recomend to do it while sleeping)

I have a better option:
If u are in 2nd sea, Get a chop fruit and find the highest level monster that using sword, use a sword(if u are a sword main then use melee)and open auto click, and u can start afk!

This is a good way but you can just get invincible from level difference with smoke and go somewhere you have inmunity and go somewhere you can go to spawn kill and just wait

My strategy: find the secret hole involved with the saber quest in the small bunker in the middle of jungle island in the water (watch saber tutorial to see what I'm talking abt). lead 2-3 monkeys into it and let it hit u with haki on. This way is fast and the monkeys won't knockback u into any water or whatever. And u also won't die unless ur like Ivl 20 cuz the monkeys are obviously rily weak
Edit: this was so effective I litteraly got stage 4 to 5 while I was writing this comment. This is way better than using a sword imo

Tbh ill worry abt aura for now i just wanna grind so i can get to second sea but atleast i know the easiest way to get it u earned a sub

i really clicked more than 60, 000 times for full body haki and i probably have over 300k in normally grinded with buddha and got full body haki at 850 now i am max

I had max points in defense when i decided to get full body haki. So, i collected some bandits and let them hit me. I got full haki in like a hour or two.

A different way is you can go to first sea go to jungle get a monkey go to the quest giver go under then go under where the torch is go in the bottom right corner and turn on haki and let the monkey damage you I did it one time and it worked

another way: get a logia fruit, equip ur worst sword, auto clicker on. and afk on the spot that any npc spawns

U can improve this method by using darksteps barrage and breakdance i did that and got full body in 2 hours

Use dark step for this cuz barrage and breakdance hit multiple times each time it hits u get 1 haki point.

I recommend get a high level npc if you don't want to reset your stats.

If you dont have logia go to jungle into the part of the saber quest after you click the buttons with a monkey or more and let them hit you

1st sea: Go to any place under magma village (They start having haki there). Then grab all enemies and use a Logia (elemental) For its buff. I got full arm haki in about 20 minutes, you lot can find out how long it fully takes.

I would use a light fruit because I'm in the first sea and light is a elemental fruit so that's probably better
