1. Buy haki in frozen village
2.Enable level 5 in middle town
3. Go to Fountain City and enable fruits that npc cant damage you and use cutlass sword to fight npcs
4. Buy dark step

I have the easiest way guys have bhudda and use any fighting style or swords.and just like grinding hit npc in that way you can increase your level and haki at the sane time just continue your grinding

Pro tip if you farm you haki let aura on and you get 2 exp and no 1 exp

here is a better method!
do the buddha bug with katana / cutlass
be sure you can hit 2 or 3 npc in 1 location without moving
no stats on sword of course
and then just afk farm with autoclicker!

Guys i recommend using the Breakdance and Barrage ability on Dark Step and u can gather like 5 or 6 enemy and just damage them because its faster. I do it in second sea and recommend the graveyard zone

No the best way its to reset ur stats and do not add nothing in melee so they could die slower but with more hits
