I made this for my son and daughter-in-law, who have just had my first grandchild- a gorgeous little princess called Alexis Elisabeth.
It was easy to follow your recipe and it turned out magnificent, I wish I could send you a photo. I did swap out the Scotch bonnet for two far milder chillies but was very pleased with the level of heat and overall fantastic flavour of this dish.

I made this and used oxtail seasoning ciz I didn't have all-purpose seasoning. Added some extra home-cooked black beans already seasoned with onion and garlic. Did not use water since I used the cooking liquid from the beans. It thickened up nicely Excellent comfort food for the cold weather season. Very healthy and tasty. Yum!!! Thanks, Tracy!❤❤
