Thanks for this. I tried this today, sauté the onions and carrots, no tomatoes and kept the rest the same. I also used Pinto beans. I loved the fragrance from the Rosamary. It was delicious. Had it with steamed Basmati rice. Thanks again

I like it because for once they are not using rice. Rice is not good for you = too much carbs without fiber. Red beans do have the carbs but they have the big fiber for net lower effective carbs.
