Dettling, found them about 2 years back. At 4 years old, I haven't had a bad pour yet. Doubt I will! I can only imagine where it'll be like at 6 or even 8 years😁

pretty sure what he really said was they were doing about 250 barrels a year, but only releasing about 50-60 of them.. so they can build of their old age inventory.

What's crazy to me is how this kind of stuff isn't unpredictable. This guy did a great job of knowing the straight forward maths. And yet the number of people who are all surprised Pikachu when they go out of business because they overextended themselves from not running the numbers

Gods i wish my job understood this, they are looking to build a 6th production line but struggled with the warehouse filling up with just 3.

If your talking about upsizing already I would just go for the big move and save the money and time you'd spend expanding the current location, assuming of course the expansion isnt what is needed to fund the eventual move
