BLENDER 4.2 USER'S BE WARNED:
Blender 4.2 does not display the material button above Steve's head, however the button is there. If you scroll in and pan up to the top of Steve's head, you will see a small line. Click just above that line and it will open the materials list.

Literally took me 30 minutes to find my spot in mineways because the chunk was way off to the side passed a bunch of greyed out area. Tip for anyone else having this issue as I almost punched my monitor several times. You can got to the view tab or just press F3 to "Jump To Player" No need to scroll for a half hour no need to build weird shapes to find the spot JUST JUMP TO PLAYER!

Hey! This video has really helped me out with Minecraft animating. But is there a way to remove or hide the face on the rig? I want to make a rig with a knight skin, but I cannot find out how to hide the face.

Hello! This is a super helpful tutorial. I'm trying to follow it but I'm in blender 4.2. When I import the character, I don't see the little circle above his head so I can't go into the material view. Any tips you can share?
