The hype has been about the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, or even the Galaxy Watch 5 but Samsung also launched the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro at Rs. 17,999 and the question is, are these good, high end earbuds?

Samsung ecosystem is the most underrated & no one really talks about it.
But those who are in the Samsung ecosystem know how seamless it is 🙌

24bit Hi-Fi codec is a proprietary Samsung Scalable Codec only available to Samsung phones running One UI4 and above. They claim something absurd like 1900+ kbps vs Aptx/L-Dac, but that's up for testing. At the end it's the sound that matters, and early reviews point to positive improvements (galaxy buds always sounded good imo).

My opinion (after more than a week of usage):

Audio: 9.5/10
Mic and call quality: 6.5/10 (outoors and wind noise cancelation is average)
ANC: 8.5/10
Features: 9/10 (360 audio without headtracking is good and the volume control at edge of the bud works really well).

BT5.3 provides the best stability and range with Buds2 pro.

Conclusion: If you have a Samsung smartphone, Buds2 Pro are the best TWS money can buy in the current market.

For non-Samsung users too, it provides a great audio experience, ANC and most importantly the in-ear feel and comfort on a long run.

I have galaxy Buds Pro and i purchased it this year jan at 7800 INR and for that price point it is hell damm good and in some cases it beats air pods pro too and i did comparison side by side in sound and battery. So i think for an existing buds Pro owner he/she to wait for an actual huge upgrade cz 10k difference matters

During the Samsung sale i got galaxy buds pro at 7k ...so i guess that works good for me ...a flagship earbud at a good price ...using it with S20FE 5G.

I'm really confused by Samsung's new policy of locking itself into its ecosystem so much and releasing products that do less well than those existing on the current market by being more expensive 🤔

No real multipoint, no real integrated equalizer, no Google fast pair, a proprietary audio codec that only works on Samsung devices with at least One-Ui 4.0, average autonomy but an increase in price 🤷🏽‍♂️

Samsung is increasingly becoming everything I hate about Apple, closed ecosystem.

I'm a Samsung fan, but today it's easier for me to recommend the Huawei Freebuds Pro 1, OnePlus Buds pro or the Pixel Buds Pro than the Galaxy Buds Pro 1 / 2.

By wanting to play it Apple and close its ecosystem, Samsung does not realize it but in the process of opening a boulevard to Google and other manufacturers who almost all have multipoint and are already starting to implement the automatic switch linked to the Google account

Does S20 fe 5g support the new hifi 24 bit codec?

These are such perfect earphones for me. I don't care about multi device support, dislike when you can only use 1 earphone it stops. I have a samsung s20 fe 5g where the 24 bit lossless audio will be supported as I also use Apple music. Sound stage is wide and are open sounding. I don't like overpowering bass. Everything suits me perfectly! Plus they are available for ₹8750 in the sale, i.e. more than 50% off.

3:08 I'm sorry but which part is strange? I mean, do the music need to pause completely if only one buds is being used? That behavior that you called strange is good in my experience with Buds 2.
