I found a potential fix unmentioned in the video.
I tried several different "solutions" and only this one worked with no strings attached. (Thought this wouldn't work at first)
Use this method in Safe Mode. (Search it up if you don't know how to enter Safe Mode)
It may or may not work for you.
Windows Start logo > Search for "Services" > In "Services" find the Volume shadow copy service > Double click the service > Check the status for "Started" and Startup Type to "Automatic" > Restart computer

If you guys ended up having the "you must turn on system protection to restore"

Then you guys forgot to turn on system protection when you first set-up your Computer.For some reason it is disabled by default.

You might do a clean installation with A usb drive with windows setup in it ( And That if you even got one )

Next time, turn on system protection when you get a new computer or fresh installed windows, so you can create a restore point in-case something goes wrong.

And no, it isn't your motherboard failed.If it is then you will not able to boot to windows bootloader at all, in short YOUR COMPUTER is totally bricked which means you can do nothing with it.

If you guys still stuck on this problem, the only thing you can do is

RESET THE COMPUTER
Or
Fresh install it with windows installation

After fixing the bsod that says critical access died i got the crypto library internal error and it is happening every minute even just browsing or opening a software or settings it started to happen aftwr the repair centre replace my motherboard into a new one the mobo replaced twice. the first time they change my mobo was because of just stucking in logo and my first problem was fixed but then again i am noticing that the video playbacks and camera looks a bit blurry so returned them my laptop and turns out they replaced my mobo into the one with another brand so they changed the mobo again and problem was fixed but then im staring to encounter numerous BSOD
