5:44 As a kid who owned the toy of both this saber and Vader’s, I always thought this WAS Vader’s saber just modified after he turned to the dark side. I had completely forgotten that this saber got destroyed. My own head canon is that when Anakin became Darth Vader and had to build a new saber he PURPOSELY modeled it after his original saber to signify his rebirth

Anakin's Ep2 Saber has been my grail saber - I bought a tuscan slayer version last year and it's gorgeous! Definitely was shocked with how slim this thing is though (Especially compared to the vader).

Fantastic review! In the immortal words of Count Dooku, ‘I’ve been looking forward to this’… review on this little chestnut! A personal favourite of mine, since it was one of the first sabres I owned. (The plastic sabre, of course.) 😅 Jolly good times, that.

I reckon it is time to upgrade to this cracking sabre, now.

Also, this was the sabre Anakin used to slaughter Tusken Raiders (sand people) ‘like animals!’, correct? His Episode III sabre, on the other hand, as we all know is infamous for slaughtering younglings.

probably my favorite hilt design ever ❤️ i was 6 when AOTC came out and I was as about it all as i am now and they hype was nuts! all the merch and figures were everywhere, i miss those days man
