Failed Paintings Lead To A Stunning New Art Technique

In this video I challenged myself to play with paint in a new expressive way and I came up with a whole new way of working using old failed paintings. The result looks like a collage of nature with elements like grasses and leaves.

The painting style is a lot more experimental than what I usually share but I thought it might be intersting for you to see the things I get up to when I need to recharge my creativity and generate new ideas.

The spray paint I use are acrylic artist's spray paints made specifically for artwork - water based and color fast just like the regular acrylic colors I use. The brand I use is called Amsterdam and I love their acrylic paint tubes as well.

Oh my these are beautiful Marie. This is fun, ive used seed heads, and seaweed, and put watered down paint in spray bottles. I like the idea of paint cans. Thank you, it was lovely to watch ❤
