This is probably the most badass and intimidating version of Megatron as he looks like an outlander/outcast with the shroud covering and the 'flintlock' pistol that he has. The growl that he makes even completes his true nature, as well as him continuously being cruel to Starscream.

Fun fact:

In the original script, Megatron was actually supposed to shoot one of the elephants, which was why the other elephants were running. However, Paramount forced Bay to trim it out because it was deemed “too gruesome” for the PG-13 rating (considering that Transformers was somewhat targeted to kids merchandise wise).

Hopefully one day we get a uncut DOTM with the deleted scenes added

I like how you can see permanent damage on Megatron from his previous fight with Optimus Prime: aside from the obvious gash on his head, he's also got a beefier right arm that looks much different from his left, due to Optimus having ripped off his right arm at the elbow (and using his arm cannon to shot him in the face).

I like the detail of how when he is in the wild surrounded by animals he uses a the voice of a lion to scare off the animals being that it's at the top of the food chain.

when he's around humans he speaks English but it's this menacing voice meant to make you fear him... I don't know if I'm reaching or not but it's just something I notice
