Hey guys, no need to spray your skateboard with water from a bottle. That's adding too much moisture to the deck. If you're worried it won't bend and conform to the mold, the PVA glue already contains water to do that for you. Hope this helps save you time on curing :)

one question to you guys - thinking about creating one for my small friend. So the base clamp doesnt need to be perfect smooth at the pushing surface ? 00:09 ? Im talkign about this glued pieces of chipboard/plywood

Why did it break? Did they not add enough wood laminate layers? Or were the layers too thin?

Try to change the position of the shorter cross grain veneers. So that the „sewed together“ part changes place every layer. If theyre all at the same spot thats a huge durability loss...

Do they snap easier when u make them? Or did u use cheap veneer?

What did you use to hold the cross-grain together. I'm assuming a thin tape which ends up in the lamination?
