When I was a teenager some of us guys went fishing and after we cleaned the fish we got the idea of wrapping up the entrails in a package to look like a present. We put perfume on it to kill the fish odor and then set it out by the roadside. Some lady stopped, picked it up and holding it to her chest jumped in her car and fled. Can you imagine the shock when she opened it?

I am from N.Y.C. often took the city bus to work. I gift wrap one old worn out shoe, in beautiful Christmas paper, put in the box a note that said Merry Christmas, deliberately left it on the bus. Knowing you would snatch up by the first thief who boarded the bus.
