MCN & Oxford Products: How to fit soft motorcycle luggage

With the tailpack, the guy just states you can take the bag off the removal base, but this has to be zipped off and on, the F1 tailpack I have is really difficult to zip/unzip, and the zip has frayed while trying to remove and replace. could do with a quicker more reliable release system

In my Oxford First Time panniers the securing straps have 2 D-rings on as opposed to the buckle shown in the video, and the instruction manual does not tell you how to use these straps. Any ideas? I bought the bags so I could see a friend in York and don't fancy cancelling!
