I did chuckle when I saw how much mustard you were putting on your sausage.

14:37 "I'm gonna plop this right here on my sausage ...". Famous last words, bro.

I cannot get over how clean and clear the water in that river looked like fun. Love all things cheese. If you get a chance try a piece of APPENZELLER, made in Switzerland, and one of the great cheeses. I would love to visit, so damn pretty.
Your hat was quite cute Allsion.

Raclette has been picking up steam at restaurants and pubs in the states the past couple of years also as folks has been enjoining good cheeses. They use different cheeses also, so no always stinky. Just the method of heating and serving the cheese over potatoes or veggies, etc. Just look for restaurants with artisan cheese, if and when you get back to the States :)

I always enjoy your food tours, they’re great. For potential travellers though, it’s always helpful to know how much the dishes cost too? Helps you plan your budget!

It's been quite a while since I tuned in with you guys because of things going on the past year, and I've got to say I missed you guys. Certainly feel comfortable behind this screen and feel as if I'm with friends giving me a good tour of beautiful destinations

I love Zurich!! The cordon bleu and rosti at the Rheinfelder Bierhalle in the old town is fantastic!

Ok, I've got snacks in hand and I'm ready for the food tour. I've had Raclette a couple of times and it does taste better than it smells, I'm surprised Eric hasn't had rhubarb before. I grew up eating rhubarb pies etc, and cooked rhubarb with ice cream is one of my favourite things :D

I’m from Colorado been living in Zurich almost 8 years. I love this country. It’s clean, very low crime rate, however it is expensive. The veal dish you ate is actually beef, veal is just from a young calf making it very tender. The sausage is “snapping” because the casing are natural casing, made from the outer over the intestines. Yum!!!
