Piers using the court finding Alex guilty is great. Because the courts here in the UK just found Piers was aware of phone hacking. Now no matter what he says about not knowing, using his logic, he is lying because the court said otherwise.

Alex was not found "guilty". This was a civil lawsuit. Guilty and not guilty verdicts are only determined in a criminal trial. A civil trial only determines culpability based on preponderance of the evidence. Criminal trials must determine guilt beyond the shadow of a doubt. Piers should know that before declaring someone "guilty".
