Some of my friend have asked how to check correct PP/HDPE and filler ratio in a woven sack fabric , So this video is for them.
To maintain the quality and compete with other while saving money by using correct recipe of raw material, This should be the very first step, one should take to calculate the costing.
Muffle furnace test method is most commonly used and it gives much accurate result. Check this video and if there is any misunderstanding, correction or suggestion please let me know in comment.

Sorry, there is nothing about filler (CaCo3)% test but also you have tested ash content %😊
