Can you please explain , how does all that work wen the father doesn't reside in FL but the child and the mother does ? And if the mother and the child move out of state what happen then?

I'm unwed mom in Florida, my son father's shows up on my son birth certificate, but my last name is the main last name /no court order or nothing, but I need to go out state with my son/vacation time- do I need to have my son father's consent even when there is no court involved?

It would be interesting to know the way to go when the male not recognize any parenting like the lawyer mentioned but the lady request child support from him, would it go DNA test to prove the “chosen” parent is the real one?…

If the assumed father of said child is listed on the birth certificate, does that qualify as establishing paternity? Parents are not married.

There should just be a law where you can’t even have sex until being with the person for at least a year. probably be a lot less single parents out there. 🙄

Then you shouldn't have started attacking men over $$ for kids they had no rights to. The kid is illegit then, and has no rights to the father's $$. That's how it used to be. Having an illegit kid was a huge cultural taboo. But you incentivized these unfit mothers to go around looking for men to feed off of. It's your fault for running the state like this. I can't even begin to tell you how badly you screwed up my kid's life.
