Using 3D Printing to Build a Custom Exhaust

In today's episode, we're building a custom exhaust for an FK8 Honda Civic Type R. I'm 3D Printing a bunch of fabrication different steps along the way. This was a lot of welding and a TON of work haha... by far the craziest exhaust I've ever built. I hope you guys enjoy today's video!

Great use of a 3D printer for templates. I have started the same for woodworking to router special pockets repeatably. I hope to do this on a car at some point, although not exhaust!

Seems like it doesn’t drone much but it probably has the stock down pipe. I think on a catless downpipe it would drone unless a Helmholtz design was incorporated. This would be sicker if it was full titanium.
