I love this I have a prayer binder and it was my grandmother who encouraged me to write out all of my feelings but I agree when you write down your prayers it makes a difference and it such a peaceful feeling when you talk to God, I use to be so consistent this have encouraged me to pull out my journal again. thank you so much God bless you.

When you write in your prayer journal do you then also pray afterwards? I feel like just writing isn't the same as praying one on one to the Lord. I absolutely love the idea of a prayer journal but Im wondering if those that do it don't also still pray... Not saying one way or the other is wrong, I'm a firm believer there's no wrong way to pray as long as youre speaking to Jesus so no judgement at all just curious how others do it ❤

Do you write in your prayer journal after you have verbally prayed, or is this a set aside time to just commune with God textually? Do you have set times or simply write whenever you're inspired? I'm trying yo get a feel for how i can rhythm this into my routine with God...
