Hey Lizzie! I really needed this public speaking one. I always considered myself "the worst public speaker to ever live."  I have social anxiety, so when I have to go in front of a class, I shake, my feet go numb, I'm nauseous, and oddly enough, I burp. However, this really helped! Can you please give me some methods to relax the last few minutes before going in front of everyone? Thank you!

I'm not sure how I missed this video when it was first posted, but apparently I did. Anyway, I finally saw it and the timing could not have been better! I'm giving a speech on Friday for honor society elections, and I could not be more anxious about it! This honestly has calmed me down so much. I struggle a lot with trusting myself and believing that I'm capable, yet I know that I can speak. By the end of the college speech course I took a few semesters back, the entire class noticed how far I'd come and really enjoyed listening to my last few speeches. I tend to forget that I know how to organize and deliver a speech though, and standing in front of people flusters me so! I'm so amazed by people like you who choose to speak and seem to enjoy it. You're such an inspiration to me, and this video was a huge help in keeling me somewhat calm in the days leading up to this speech. Thank you for all that you do; you're amazing!

Lizzie, thank you for this video.  This will help me a lot when I have to speak at meetings for work.  God has done an amazing work in you!  I am a huge fan!  I like the Recipe idea too!  Recipe for Life...Recipe to stop Bullying...Recipe for Being Grateful...I could go on and on.  Anyhow, you are truly my hero.  God bless you and keep you rocking it!

I just wanted to let you know how much of an inspiration you are to me. My Creative writing/Speech teacher was talking about how strong and powerful of a speaker you are. Please keep doing this, and helping people become confident in themselves. xx

Hi Lizzie. I was thinking of another name for your teaching series, but the one you chose for your course arrangement is quite professional and possibly better than my suggestions that follow. These couple of options might be adequate for the brainstorming phase. "Implementation of short-term strategies that impact favorable outcomes" or simply, "Short-term strategies that result in favorable outcomes." This was an especially pleasurable video to watch. You provided a generous amount of information in an animated and fun manner. My wife and I enjoy your YouTube presentations very much. You are a particularly gifted individual and we are genuinely grateful for you.

Hey Lizzie, I hope you see this. You know how you were talking about telling the crowd that, " Hi my name is ___ I'm really nervous". That is a really great tip, it makes people relate to you easier. It makes you seem less out there and unreachable. It makes you vulnerable, which isn't a bad thing. I love when I see that, it makes me feel more comfortable with the person speaking. I also love how you are vulnerable on your YouTube channel, it makes me feel like you are talking to me and not just to the camera.

I seriously wrote out a speech for school my senior year in highschool. 5 page speech single spaced. Got through about 5 sentences and tossed it in the recycling bin and just continued from the heart. You're totally right if you trust yourself then it'll work wonders because I was so bad when just reading off paper but I aced the speech in the end because I trusted my instinct and myself
