Markiplier's best jumpscare as of current imo is his Fnaf Security Breach Mapbot jumpscare.. unlike this one where it's part scare but also exaggeration/acting (when he tosses his arms up, and cries way beyond the scare), the mapbot jump scare totally caught Markiplier off guard as he had zero expectation of the possibility of it and sat there in disbelief for a while after the true scare.
