It's cuz FNaF4 has to be played stupidly loud, you over double the headset volume to hear subtle sounds and that foxy bark is completely unexpected. That was basically my reaction to it the first time I played it myself, Foxy gets in and you suddenly find yourself having almost thrown your keyboard
