Bee and PuppyCat: The Series - Ep. 1 | Food: One morning Bee wakes from a dream and is starving. New recipe in hand Bee and PuppyCat head to the store and then to cook with Deckard. Oh yeah – there's a talking cicada.

Bee, a reluctant hero, becomes entangled in the adventures of a puppy (...or is he a cat?) as they travel between reality and the void of Fishbowl Space. Created by Natasha Allegri, character designer and storyboard artist for Adventure Time. We can neither confirm nor deny the autobiographical nature of Bee & Puppycat.

It really took me a while to get used to the new art direction, but it still encapsulates everything I loved about the pilot.  Super cute with extremely lovable characters.  All of them.  This is likely going to be one of those things that I watch over and over and quote while going about in my daily life.  Great job.

This is my comfort show. Seriously I cry every time I finish all of the episodes (including the Netflix series!). I’m young to a comic con soon and Im cosplaying bee! I’m not wearing a wig though despite my hair being kinda short because wigs make me kinda overstimulated (I’m autistic).

In all honesty though, I think what I like the most about the show is the subconscious effect it has. The colors are soft, the music is soft, the animation isn't jarring or in your face. Overall the show has a very calming affect that I really dig. It makes it nice to just sit and watch with a cup of tea or something, you know? It's just nice. Cause sometimes you don't want to watch something that's fast-paced and in-your-face. Those are nice too, but not everyone digs that all the time. idk.

Those complaining about Bee being 'obese' are making me feel physically sick. Human beings come in many shapes and sizes, Cartoon Hangover is simply giving more representation for more women. It makes her more interesting because she wasn't designed with the unrealistic waist lines and gigantic boobs that seem to be rife within animation of females. Well done, Cartoon Hangover. Please don't change Bee. She's perfect. I backed this as a Kickstarter and I'm so glad I did!

why do people say the art quality has gone down the style just changed which happens in every cartoon pilot. the color palette is amazing I've never seen a cartoon that capture natural light especially of dawn so well unless it was a super budget anime and still it never really left the same impression as real life which here i think they did a good job . the details are great especially the background. they capture the whole ambiance of relaxed calmness with the music. the pacing was good. just because puppy cat was slapstick in this one doesn't mean he'll be like that the whole series (FYI  he was running their recipe cause Deckard called him cute.) this obviously wasn't a bee or puppy cat character development episode but Deckards. who I love the fact that the gave him a lisp I stumble on words just like he does. the only thing I have to complain is that I think that their lines are a tad bit to soft so the animation errors are more obvious but it goes well with the overall design i guess they were willing to make sacrifices also bee was a tad bit too childish but I feel like that her development will be kind of coming of age where its about her becoming an adult final thing bee does now have a job she's just lying about being unemployed how could anyone explain being an intergalactic temp agent thats how she was able to refurbish her apartment
