For all of you who obviously cannot tell that she lives on an upper level situation-- she wants to be able to allow her baby outside with her on the rooftop, but clearly doesn't want him to accidentally fall off the patio ledge and either get killed or injured--THIS is why the outside safety enclosure!!! Duhhh!!! It's actually brilliant, because it allows him to get fresh air and be next to her without having to worry about him falling off the roof ledge! Very humane and very thoughtful. ❤❤

You should maybe look into building a "cateo" for your outdoor portion. There are ways to fully enclose an outdoor area adjacent to your house so you can allow the cat to actually roam around within that confined space. so he could join you in the hammock while still being safely contained.

I think the chemistry and connection between you and your cat is enchanting. I met a lady who gathers abandoned cats and cares for them in the UK. She explained that people assume cats can take care of themselves so tend to see cats on the street and just ignore them and not offer food. She said thats why cats look so shabby and unhealthy often.cats are reliant on human kindness and charity to survive
