This is a 🔑 check point you have to hit!
The Lock-in (or lag) position, meaning the butt cap of the racket points to the incoming ball.
However, you don't want to force this. And you certainly don't "snap" then. Just keep your arm and hand relxed and you will NATURALLY get into this position.

I been teaching 20 plus years tennis. I also played ATP not as high as this coach is rare when we see such a good technique in the forehand. Almost 💯 perfect.n

U don't snap your wrist, you lay the wrist back before contact and then snap it forward while coming up from beneath the ball at contact. Notice that she doesn't take television racket straight back. Instead she forms a 'c' with her arm, lays the wrist back and then comes forward with her arm. But at same time she steps forward (she's using a closed stance) and performs a unit turn in concert with power c and laid back wrist. Building blocks of a perfect forehand...😊

So do you affirmatively snap the wrist as you contact the ball or just let flow of the follow through guide the wrist through contact?

What is she trying to teach here? Good forehand, poor editing skills...
